Rina and Andrew have a connection that’s so palpable, I felt it from our very first meeting. They met on an app, as most do these days, and their love story began and grew here in New York. When they reached out to me to capture this time in their lives together leading up to their wedding, I was so excited to meet them and get them photos that felt representative of them and their relationship. Choosing a location for an engagement shoot is always daunting, but they decided on Grand Central Station in Midtown New York to get a classic, romantic, nostalgic feel. And I would say they certainly accomplished that — these vibes feel right out of a rom-com.

We met up in the early hours on a Sunday morning and basically had the place to ourselves, which is unheard of there (or for anywhere in Midtown NYC, honestly). Rina’s personal style is effortlessly chic and timeless, and she wore an incredible Staud dress for the session. The way the light streamed in through the massive arched windows on both sides of the main terminal made for the perfect indoor lighting.
